Ingredients
- 500g/1lb 2oz broccoli florets
- 500g/1lb 2oz cooked chicken, cubed
- 275g/10oz canned condensed chicken soup
- 125ml/4fl oz mayonnaise
- 100g/4oz Parmesan cheese,
- freshly grated 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
- 100g/4oz fresh bread, cubed
- 25g/1oz butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/
350°F/Gas mark 4. Lightly grease
a large baking dish with a little
vegetable oil. - Cook the broccoli in water in a
covered saucepan until al tender
but still with a bite, then drain. - Put the broccoli in the prepared
baking dish. - Combine the chicken, soup,
mayonnaise, cheese and curry
powder, then spoon over the
broccoli. Top with the bread and
butter. Bake in the oven,
uncovered, for 25–30 minutes until
heated through. Serve hot.
