- 2 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup chopped raw broccoli
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add shredded carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the flour, stirring to combine for 1 minute.
- Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, bringing it to a gentle boil.
- Toss in the chopped broccoli and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in the milk thoroughly.
- Add shredded white cheddar, stirring until melted and creamy.
