- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (for topping)
- Chopped nuts or chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread evenly in the pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake surface.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but still jiggles slightly.
- Let cool completely before removing from the springform pan.
- Top with whipped cream and optional nuts or chocolate shavings.
