Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, pulse graham cracker crumbs until finely ground. Combine with granulated sugar, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Press into baking dish.
- Beat room temperature cream cheese on low speed until smooth. Gradually mix in granulated sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
