- 100 g Unsalted Butter (Melted for better absorption)
- 0.5 tsp Salt (Enhances overall flavor)
- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced, adjust based on your taste for garlic intensity.)
- 2 – 2.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Grated, feel free to try different melting cheeses!)
- Parsley (Optional for sprinkling.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a medium bowl, combine melted unsalted butter with minced garlic and salt. Stir well.
- Slice the bread loaf in half horizontally and place cut-side up on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove from the oven, increase temperature to 200°C (390°F), and top with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 7-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the bread and slice it into manageable pieces while still warm.
