Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Taco Bell chipotle sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 6 large flour tortilla wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and cook the frozen tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crispy tater tots (slightly crushed), shredded cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of filling onto each tortilla, drizzle with chipotle sauce, and add a dollop of sour cream.
