- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Taco Bell chipotle sauce (adjust to taste)
- 6 large flour tortilla wraps
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and cook the frozen tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crispy tater tots (slightly crushed), shredded cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Spoon a generous amount of filling onto each tortilla, drizzle with chipotle sauce, and add a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then wrap tightly to form a burrito.
- Place the burritos seam side down in a baking dish and sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top. Bake in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and cilantro before serving with extra sour cream and chipotle sauce.
