- 2 cloves Garlic (minced, or use garlic powder)
- 10.5 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup (or homemade cream sauce)
- 10.5 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup (can use different cream soup)
- 1 cup Milk (almond or soy milk for dairy-free)
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (nutritional yeast for dairy-free)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 32 ounces Tater Tots (or sweet potato/cauliflower tots)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (or cheddar/vegan cheese)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (or dried parsley)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and sauté in olive oil for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in both cream soups and milk. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, then add parmesan cheese.
- Combine the cooked chicken with the sauce, heating it through.
- Spread half of the mixture in a greased baking dish, layer with the remaining sauce.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top and sprinkle with optional cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
