- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, fresh spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with half of the Parmesan cheese and whisk until combined.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and spinach mixture and gently stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving warm.
