- 8 ounces mini mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
- 1 cup pitted black and/or green olives
- 6-inch skewers
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your skewers by threading a mix of grape tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls, pitted olives, and folded salami slices.
- Create the wreath shape by arranging the skewers in a circle on a large plate.
- Add the finishing touches by sliding a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary between the skewers.
- If preparing ahead of time, cover tightly with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 4 hours before serving.
