Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1/4 cup sugar with the cinnamon.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a solid layer.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Unroll the second can of crescent dough and carefully place it over the cream cheese filling.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the top dough layer.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the butter.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and slightly crisp.
- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.
