- 6 servings instant mashed potatoes
- 1 (24 oz) package popcorn chicken (cooked)
- 1 (15 oz) can corn (drained and heated)
- 1 package beef gravy (cooked)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Make velvety mashed potatoes according to the package instructions.
- Prepare the popcorn chicken according to the package directions until crispy.
- Heat the drained corn in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Cook the beef gravy packet in a small saucepan until thick.
- Layer mashed potatoes in the bottom of each bowl.
- Add warm corn on top of the mashed potatoes.
- Layer crispy popcorn chicken over the corn.
- Drizzle warm beef gravy over the chicken and corn.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top to melt slightly.
