Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over pasta or rice.
