Description

Creamy Rotisserie Chicken Pasta combines comforting flavors and is a quick and easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rotisserie Chicken (Shredded or chopped)
  • 8 ounces Pasta (Choose your favorite type)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth (Low-sodium)
  • 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated)
  • 2 cups Spinach (Fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper (Freshly cracked)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Garlic in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Create the Cream Sauce by adding heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add Chicken and Spinach into the skillet, stirring to combine and cook until spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
  5. Combine with Pasta by tossing the cooked pasta into the skillet and mixing until well-coated.
  6. Serve and Enjoy the dish immediately, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
