- 1 cup Rotisserie Chicken (Shredded or chopped)
- 8 ounces Pasta (Choose your favorite type)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth (Low-sodium)
- 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated)
- 2 cups Spinach (Fresh)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper (Freshly cracked)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Create the Cream Sauce by adding heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Chicken and Spinach into the skillet, stirring to combine and cook until spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
- Combine with Pasta by tossing the cooked pasta into the skillet and mixing until well-coated.
- Serve and Enjoy the dish immediately, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
