- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or rosemary)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top.
- In a mixing bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the drumsticks.
- Arrange the drumsticks on the wire rack with space between them.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
- Let cool for a couple of minutes, serve hot, and enjoy!
