Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or rosemary)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the drumsticks.
  5. Arrange the drumsticks on the wire rack with space between them.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes, serve hot, and enjoy!
