- 1 pound Chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 teaspoons Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the seasoned chicken into your slow cooker.
- Combine coconut milk with remaining spices and pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Stir the mixture, check seasoning, and serve hot with rice or naan.
