Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Transfer the seasoned chicken into your slow cooker.
  3. Combine coconut milk with remaining spices and pour over chicken.
