- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (Halved.)
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, and oregano, let sit for about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk to create a zesty sauce.
- Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot, pour sauce over it, and add halved cherry tomatoes on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours without lifting the lid.
- After cooking, shred the chicken and mix it with the juices before serving.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs like parsley or dill.
