  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (Halved.)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, and oregano, let sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk to create a zesty sauce.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot, pour sauce over it, and add halved cherry tomatoes on top.
