- 3/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tablespoons red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Instructions
- Chop the chicken, pickles, red onion, and herbs.
- Combine all the ingredients into a bowl; mix well.
- Enjoy in a sandwich, as a dip, or on top of a salad.
