- 8 oz Dried Pasta Noodles (Choose any shape like spaghetti or penne.)
- 3 tbsp Butter (Unsalted preferred.)
- 3 cloves Garlic Cloves (Fresh garlic is key for flavor.)
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated for the best flavor.)

- 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley (Optional for garnish.)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the dried pasta noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Save ¾ cup of cooking water, then drain the noodles.
- In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the drained pasta directly into the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss to coat the noodles, then stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until it melts.
- Gradually pour in the reserved pasta cooking water, starting with ¼ cup, stirring continuously until the sauce is glossy and clings to the noodles.
- Season the noodles with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve on plates and garnish with additional Parmesan and chopped parsley, if desired.
