- 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into thick wedges
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the potato wedges and toss until fully coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down when possible. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
