Description

Garlic butter potato wedges are a crispy, flavorful side dish that’s easy to make and loaded with rich, savory flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into thick wedges
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the potato wedges and toss until fully coated.
  3. Spread the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down when possible. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the edges.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
