Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, olive oil, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Place the boneless pork chops in a Ziplock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the prepared marinade over the pork, ensuring each chop is coated evenly.
- Preheat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Add light olive oil to coat the skillet.
- Sear the marinated pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and caramelized.
- Pour the remaining marinade over the seared pork chops in the skillet, allowing it to bubble and thicken.
- Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven set at 375°F and bake for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and let the glazed pork chops rest for about 3-4 minutes before serving.
