- 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid.
- Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients.
- Use immediately, and shake before every use.

- Greek vinaigrette can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
