- 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a large ziplock bag or bowl and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray your baking dish with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
- Arrange the marinated chicken in the prepared baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
