- 6 pieces Slider Buns (Try whole wheat or gluten-free)
- 6 slices Cheddar Cheese (Feel free to experiment with other cheeses)
- 1 cup Lettuce (Any leafy green works well)
- 2 medium Sliced Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Pickle Chips
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into slider-sized pieces, roughly 2-3 inches long.
- Set up a breading station with flour mixture, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with panko.
- Rest the breaded chicken on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high temperature, about 350°F.
- Fry chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked chicken to a wire rack to drain excess oil.
- Whisk together sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Toast slider buns lightly and spread honey mustard sauce on both halves.
