Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Boursin Cheese
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup Hot Honey
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add in the hot honey, chopped fresh thyme, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and cracked black pepper. Mix thoroughly for about 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer your creamy mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
