Ingredients
- 350g/12oz turnips
- 2 spring onions, white part only, chopped
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons horseradish cream
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
Instructions
- Peel, slice and shred the turnips.
Add the spring onions, sugar and
salt, then rub together with your
hands to soften the turnip. - Fold in the horseradish cream and
caraway seeds, and serve.
