- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 1½ cups oat flour
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup soy yogurt
- ½ cup coconut cream
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ cup mango dices
