Ingredients

  • 200g self raising flour
  • 200g almond flour
  • 200g butter
  • 5 tbsp. Triple Zero sweetener
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. homemade jam
  • 50g carob chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 190°c/ Gas Mark 5.
  2. Mix together the self raising flour, almond flour, bicarbonate of soda and Triple Zero sweetener. Add the butter and mix thoroughly. Add in the eggs as well as vanilla essence.
  3. Add in the carob chips, mixing well. Drop spoonfuls of 1inch diameter onto a greased baking tray. Bake for around 10 minutes. Once done, enjoy!
