  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme or basil leaves
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Flour or cornmeal for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a thin round or oval shape. Transfer to a piece of parchment paper dusted with flour or cornmeal.
