Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients and prepare your baking dish.
- Combine chicken breasts and sliced zucchini in a large bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let sit for a few minutes, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
