A comforting one-pan meal featuring tender chicken and silky buttered noodles, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and let rest.
- Add another 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the same pan. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add egg noodles and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together. Add more butter if desired.
- Finish by tossing in chopped parsley before serving.
