- 200g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the pasta to the pot and stir it with the garlic for a minute.
- Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
