Description

Delicious and customizable cheesy garlic chicken wraps that are perfect for meal prep and sure to please any crowd!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix well until everything is nicely combined.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each one.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the ends.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet, cooking until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Once golden, remove from the skillet, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm.
