Description

A bright and fresh fruit salad with pomegranate seeds, apples, oranges, and more tossed in a simple honey-lime dressing that everyone loves.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 medium green apples, diced
  • 2 large oranges, segmented
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
  • 2 medium kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash all your fruit really well and dry it off before you start cutting anything up.
  2. Cut apples into bite-sized chunks and keep the skin on for extra color and good stuff.
  3. Peel oranges and break them into pieces, pulling off all the white stringy stuff for better taste.
  4. Slice bananas into rounds about half an inch thick and put them in your big bowl.
  5. Cut grapes in half and peel kiwis, then slice them thin so they look pretty in there.
  6. Put apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, and kiwis in the bowl and mix them up gently together.
  7. Mix honey and lime juice in the small bowl and whisk it until it’s totally smooth.
  8. Pour that dressing over your fruit and toss everything around until it’s all coated nicely.
  9. Add pomegranate seeds carefully and fold them in so they don’t get squished while you mix.
  10. Sprinkle fresh mint on top and serve it right away or chill it for 30 minutes.
