- 1/4 cup (50g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (90g) white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 drops red food coloring

Instructions
- Add the milk and heavy cream to a medium saucepan and heat over medium-high until it boils. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low.
- Stir in the sugar and white chocolate chips. Whisk until chocolate chips are completely melted and sugar is well combined.
- Remove from heat, then stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring until evenly distributed.
