- 1 small onion (100g), chopped
- 2 cups (470g) sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup (185g) cooked white rice
- 1 (10.5 oz / 298g) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (113g) shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat; drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the drained sauerkraut, cooked white rice, and condensed cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture evenly to the greased baking dish.
- Top generously with shredded Swiss cheese.
