  • 1 small onion (100g), chopped
  • 2 cups (470g) sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup (185g) cooked white rice
  • 1 (10.5 oz / 298g) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup (113g) shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat; drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the drained sauerkraut, cooked white rice, and condensed cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
