  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Can use fresh garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin (Smoked paprika is a substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder (Adjust for spice preference)
  • 2 cups Frozen Sweet Corn (Fresh corn can be substituted)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro (Can substitute with parsley)
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Queso Fresco (Feta cheese is an alternative)

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the boneless skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, cumin, and chili powder evenly over the chicken breasts.
  3. Layer the frozen sweet corn on top of the seasoned chicken.
  4. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and distribute them over the corn.
