Description

Ingredients

  • Leftover stuffing
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Herbs (e.g., thyme, rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix leftover stuffing, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
  4. Place the formed balls on the baking sheet, spacing them out for even baking.
  5. Drizzle a little oil over the balls.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  7. Serve warm with a dipping sauce or on their own.
