- Leftover stuffing
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Herbs (e.g., thyme, rosemary)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix leftover stuffing, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
- Place the formed balls on the baking sheet, spacing them out for even baking.
- Drizzle a little oil over the balls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce or on their own.
