Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through and browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and tomato paste. Stir to combine. Add honey, lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt to taste.
- Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet with the butter sauce. Stir gently to coat.
- Simmer for another 2-3 minutes for flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh parsley.
