Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through and browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and tomato paste. Stir to combine. Add honey, lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt to taste.
  5. Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet with the butter sauce. Stir gently to coat.
  7. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes for flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh parsley.
