Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 square pan, lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and whisk with ⅔ cup of sugar until glossy. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs with the remaining sugar until airy.
