Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay the whole wheat wrap on a flat surface.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the wrap and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Add sliced tomatoes if desired.
  5. Roll up the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the wrap until crispy and golden on each side, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
