Description
A quick and delicious Tuna Melt Wrap that combines creamy tuna, crunchy veggies, and melted cheese in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay the whole wheat wrap on a flat surface.
- Spoon the tuna mixture onto the wrap and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Add sliced tomatoes if desired.
- Roll up the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the wrap until crispy and golden on each side, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
