Instructions

  2. Wash apples under cool water, then slice thinly (1/8-inch thick) using a mandoline.
  3. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on baking sheets and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour to dry out the slices.
  5. After an hour, flip the slices and continue baking for another hour.
  6. Turn off the oven, leaving the chips inside for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Check for crispiness, returning to the oven for 15-minute increments if necessary.
