Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (90°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Wash apples under cool water, then slice thinly (1/8-inch thick) using a mandoline.
- Arrange apple slices in a single layer on baking sheets and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour to dry out the slices.
- After an hour, flip the slices and continue baking for another hour.
- Turn off the oven, leaving the chips inside for an additional 30 minutes.
- Check for crispiness, returning to the oven for 15-minute increments if necessary.
- Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
