Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper using a fork.
- Add olive oil to the spice mix and combine until well blended.
- Coat each chicken leg with the seasoning oil mixture thoroughly.
- Arrange chicken legs in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between each leg.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then brush chickens with oil from the tray and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy.
- Ensure chicken legs reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F before serving.
