  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked or sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper using a fork.
  3. Add olive oil to the spice mix and combine until well blended.

  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then brush chickens with oil from the tray and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy.
