Description

Experience a delightful blend of creamy blueberry cheesecake flavors with my Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats, perfect for a quick and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 0.25 cups softened cream cheese
  • 0.5 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 1 ½ cups of old-fashioned rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, ¼ cup softened cream cheese, ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup, and 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. If using frozen blueberries, place 1 cup in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 15-30 seconds to thaw them slightly before adding to your mix.
  3. Transfer the blended oat mixture into individual jars or a sealed container for storage. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, though overnight is optimal.
  4. When ready to enjoy, take them from the fridge. Stir in a splash of milk if necessary and top with fresh blueberries.
