- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 0.25 cups softened cream cheese
- 0.5 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 ½ cups of old-fashioned rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, ¼ cup softened cream cheese, ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup, and 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- If using frozen blueberries, place 1 cup in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 15-30 seconds to thaw them slightly before adding to your mix.
