Instructions

  3. Add chicken chunks and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil, scraping up any bits stuck to the pot.
  5. Add sliced carrots and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in chopped bok choy and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
