Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, half of the cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with green onions or blue cheese. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
