Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
