- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped bell peppers, Cajun seasoning, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a minute before serving hot and enjoying.
