- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter, mixing until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in apples and cinnamon until just combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust, smoothing it out.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl into the cheesecake with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
