- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, coating the chicken evenly.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay tortillas on a flat surface and spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top of each tortilla and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps and grill them in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy.
- Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, and garnish with parsley before serving.
