Description

Delicious Cherry Vanilla Tea Latte for Cozy Moments

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Brewed Tea (black, green, or herbal)
  • 1 cup Cherry Juice or Fresh Cherries
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk or Plant-Based Alternative
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • Whipped Cream, Cherry, Cinnamon, Cherry Syrup

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating water to 200°F (93°C) in a kettle. Steep 1 cup of your chosen tea for about 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag or leaves and let cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the cherry mixture by blending fresh cherries until smooth or warming cherry juice in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix the brewed tea with the cherry puree or warmed cherry juice in a bowl or pitcher. Stir well to combine.
  4. Heat 1 cup of milk (or plant-based alternative) in a saucepan until warm, reaching around 150°F (65°C). Froth the milk until it doubles in volume.
  5. Pour the tea and cherry mixture into a mug for hot lattes or onto ice cubes for iced versions. Top with frothed milk.
  6. Garnish the drink with whipped cream, cinnamon, or cherry syrup if desired. Serve immediately.
