  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic and ginger, and slice cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as you go.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Add sliced cabbage; cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
  6. Pour in soy sauce; mix well and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry before serving, and top with chopped green onions.
